Researching the best of the city is like panning for gold—it's back-breaking work. It takes marathon Bhangra dancing, eating enough fried chicken sandwiches to kill a horse, getting up before dawn to check out a sunrise view, and trying on endless pairs of designer shoes. Someone's got to do it. We're just happy it's us.
